We want to ensure that the quality of our products and service remain top tier, which is why we work closely with the products we receive by carefully observing their conditions to make sure they will be sent to you in their most proper form. With that being said,

Please make sure you are ordering the correct items BEFORE placing your order.

If the wrong address was provided at the time of your purchase and the order has already shipped, there will be NO REFUNDS for that order. Once your order has been shipped you must contact the shipping carrier for any delayed, lost, or stolen packages. We are not responsible for any issues that arrive while your order is in transit.

Items may be eligible for a replacement if the product is deemed defective by the MERCHANT or applicable laws.

If products are damaged during shipping you may be eligible for a replacement or refund upon proof of damages being submitted to us.

You have 72 hours (1-3 days) to submit a request from the date that your package has been delivered.
